STEP 1: PACK UP
We’re looking for quality clothes, shoes and accessories in excellent condition – pieces must be stylish and seasonal, clean, and neatly folded in structured bags or bins.
STEP 2: DROP OFF
Schedule your drop-off appointment then head to our shop at 101 Spring Street. You’ll fill out our Consignor Agreement and we’ll review your pieces for acceptable consignments (about 10-20 minutes).
STEP 3: GET PAID
Earn 40% for your sold items. Use your balance to shop or pick up a check in store and start making money for your wardrobe refresh.

Q: How do I consign with Serenity Resale?
A: Start by reviewing out our consignor policy and consignment agreement, then schedule your drop-off appointment before bringing your pre-loved pieces to our shop at 101 Spring Street. We’ll review your inventory for acceptable consignments and you’ll get paid once your items sell. *Consignors must have a valid ID and be at least 18 years of age to start an account. Consignors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Please schedule your drop-off appointment by clicking here. Walk-ins are welcome on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. For Friday and Saturday drop-offs you must have a scheduled appointment to consign with us.
Q: What kinds of items do you accept?
A: We accept gently worn clothes, shoes, bags and accessories for all ages. Items must be in new or like-new condition, freshly washed, and free from any odors or damages. We’re looking for seasonal and on-trend pieces as well as high-quality basics and classic workwear with a focus on natural fibers and sustainable materials. We curate pieces for both masculine and feminine aesthetics and accept a wide range of labels, sizes and styles.
Q: How much will I earn?
A: Our consignors earn 40% for sold items. Items are marketed in our shop for a 60 day consignment period and are marked down 30% after the first 30 days. Payments are made by check and must be picked up in person. You can request your consignor payout by clicking here.
Q: What happens to my items after the 60 day consignment period?
A: Any unsold items will be considered “expired” after the 60 day consignment period and must be picked up within two weeks of this date. We’ll send you an email reminder and you can also check your consignor account to see the status of your items at any time. For a quick and easy pick-up please schedule your pick-up here.
