STEP 1: PACK UP
We’re looking for gently used clothes, shoes and accessories in excellent condition – pieces must be stylish and seasonal, clean, and neatly folded in structured bags or bins.
STEP 2: DROP OFF
Schedule your drop-off appointment then head to our shop at 101 Spring Street. You’ll fill out our Consignor Agreement and we’ll review your pieces for acceptable consignments (about 10-20 minutes).
STEP 3: GET PAID
Earn 40% once your items sell. Use your balance to shop or pick up a check in store and start making money for your wardrobe refresh.

FAQs
How do I consign with Serenity Resale?
Start by reviewing our consignor policy and consignment agreement, then schedule your drop-off appointment before bringing your pre-loved pieces to our shop at 101 Spring Street. We’ll review your inventory for acceptable consignments and you’ll get paid once your items sell. *Consignors must have a valid ID and be at least 18 years of age to start an account. Consignors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need an appointment to consign?
Appointments are preferred for weekday drop-offs and required for Friday/Saturday drop-offs. Please schedule your drop-off appointment by clicking here. Walk-ins are welcome on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
What kinds of items do you accept?
We accept gently worn clothing, shoes, bags and accessories curated for both masculine and feminine aesthetics. Items must be in excellent condition, freshly washed, and free from any odors or damages. We’re looking for seasonal and on-trend pieces as well as high-quality basics with a focus on natural fibers and sustainable materials.
How much will I earn?
Our consignors earn 40% for items sold within our 60 day consignment period and will be paid upon sale of your items. Use your balance to shop in store or request a consignor payout check by clicking here. Checks will be made out to the name on your consignor account and must be picked up in store.
What happens to my items after the 60 day consignment period?
Any unsold items will be considered “expired” after the 60 day consignment period and must be picked up within two weeks of this date. Items not picked up within two weeks of the expiration date will be considered abandoned and will be forfeit to the store. For a quick and easy pick-up please schedule your appointment here.
