We’re looking for pre-owned CASUAL clothes, shoes and accessories in excellent like-new condition – pieces must be stylish and seasonal, clean, and neatly folded in open-top bags or bins.

How do I consign with Serenity Resale?

New consignors MUST review our consignment policy and consignment agreement before consigning with us. Once you’ve ready through our policy and are comfortable with all of our terms, schedule your drop-off and pack up your items neatly folded in open-top bags or bins.

Make sure your items are ready to sell (see below), then bring your pre-loved pieces to our shop at 101 Spring Street. You’ll sign our consignment agreement, we’ll review your inventory for acceptable consignments, and you’ll get paid upon sale of your items. *Consignors must have a valid ID and be at least 18 years of age to start an account. Consignors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

*Before coming to the shop make sure your items ready to sell. This means freshly washed or dry-cleaned and free from any stains, damages, odors, pilling and pet hair. Items must be seasonal and in excellent like-new condition.

How many items can I bring?

Consignors may bring a maximum of 20 seasonal items per drop-off appointment. We may become more selective as we fill our racks for each season.

Do I need an appointment to consign?

Yes, we are currently accepting consignments by appointment only. Stay tuned for when we resume our walk-in days.

What kinds of items do you accept?

We accept pre-owned CASUAL & SEASONAL clothing, shoes, bags and accessories from mall brands to mid-tier labels. Items must be in excellent like-new condition, freshly washed, and free from any odors, pilling, pet hair, stains or damages. We are looking for on-trend pieces, timeless classics, and high-quality basics with a focus on natural fibers and sustainable materials. We do not accept formalwear, business attire, suits, blazers, gowns/event dresses, children’s clothes/shoes, sleepwear, undergarments, furniture, or bric-a-brac.

How much will I earn?

Consignors will earn 30% most items*. Items are marketed in our shop for a 60 day consignment period and consignor accounts will be funded upon sale of your items. You may pickup your payout check in store, or use your balance to shop with an extra 10% off!

*Consignors will earn 40% for items priced at $49.99 and up.

How are items priced?

The majority of our inventory is priced between $5 and $35 based on style, condition, material and current inventory. If you have pricing in mind for your items you MUST let us know at the time of drop-off.

What happens to my items after the 60 day consignment period?

Unsold items will become “expired” after the 60 day consignment period at which point there are two options:

Option 1: PICK-UP – If you would like your expired items returned to you they MUST be picked up within 14 calendar days after their expiration date. Consignors MUST keep track of all expirations dates. To schedule your pickup please call/text or email us before coming to the shop.

Option 2: CLOSET CLEAN OUT – Expired items are donated to the shop. An easy and efficient way to clear out a cluttered wardrobe.
