All Sales Are Final
All items purchased from Serenity Resale are final sale. As a consignment shop, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to inspect your items carefully for wear, sizing and condition before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
In the rare case that an item is defective or was incorrectly described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a resolution. We will evaluate the situation and determine whether an exchange or store credit is appropriate.
